When searched Internet to hire taxi from Rejkyavik airport to the city, I have found Eli’s website and mobile #.
I booked and it was indee our good luck!    When WizAir flight landed, we went out and came to collect our luggage. However, after 45 minutes waiting, the WithAir local rep anounced that all suitcases didn’t taken into because of… “overweight”!
So thi pirates of WizAir simply dropped all suitcases and took cargo instead!   Unbelivable!
Our luck was the we hired this taxi driver.
We foundvourselves with no clothes, no food (we need kosher food), nothing.   Eli the txi driver got us to a huge supermarket (the only opened the late evening hours). We had a bigbproble to find things there and iur shoping took a long – 45 minutes.
Eli helped to pick-up everything into the car and brought us to the hotel.
When we aske how much to add for his 45 minutes waiting in the supermarket’s parking, Eli said: “I do not make money from other people’s troubles”.

We hired Eli 3 more times in that visit Iceland and one more time in the later trip with cruise ship we hired him again for the 8 hours Golden Circle ride.
Eli is excelent proffessional driver, Iceland guide and the most important – he is honest person.
